Michael R. Farmer, M.D.
Michael R. Farmer, M.D. joined Memphis Radiological PC in 2007. Dr. Farmer is no stranger to Tennessee, having received his undergraduate training at Vanderbilt University completing the honors curriculum in Molecular Biology in 1998. He earned his medical degree at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2002 and completed his residency training in Radiation Oncology at Wake Forest University in 2007. He has published several articles in peer reviewed journals including work on esophageal cancer, symptom management in cancer patients, and the use of viruses to kill cancer.
Dr. Farmer is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the American College of Radiology and the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
