Dr. Garrett was born in Paris, TN. Dr. Garrett attended Murray State University as an undergraduate. He graduated from University of Tennessee, Memphis College of Medicine. Dr. Garrett completed his residency from University of Tennessee, Memphis in 2009. He completed his fellowship from Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Garrett is married and has two children.
